Our Specialty 1-day workshops are clinics that cover various phases of hitting, pitching, infield, catching, and baserunning.  Each skill workshop lasts one hour and thirty minutes.  Youth league coaches are invited to attend as all workshops will include loads of drills and explanations and discussions at the conclusion. Each Specialty Workshop costs $30

Hitting Mechanics

Hitters! In this workshop, we'll cover critical facets of a workable set up including feet, grip, and elbows; effective ways to "load"; the power-L, working through the ball, and head position

Bat Speed Development

Hitters! In this workshop, we'll be demonstrating and drilling you helping to develop a critical component in elite hitting - BAT SPEED. We'll use med-balls, weighted bats, short bats, the "heavy bag" and more.

Beginning Softball Pitching Mechanics

Pitchers! We'll be covering the leg lift, lead arm action, throwing arm action, grip, direction, and finish. This is a great program for players showing a strong arm and interest in getting on the mound.
