Gator Hitting Clinic
The Winter Hitting Program will cover 5 essential components: set up, load and stride, posture and shoulder function, staying in the ground, and staying through the baseball. This is an outstanding out-of-season program meeting twice/week as our younger hitters look to tune their swings and become more explosive in the batter's box

The Winter Pitching Program will have 4 essential components: drills/mechanics, med ball rotational drills, plyometric ball drills, and bullpens focused on location and secondary pitch development.

GATOR CATCHING CLINIC
The Winter Catching Program will include 4 skill components, including receiving/framing, throwing progressions, and blocking. Catchers will learn to move explosively through blocking and throwing footwork.
