Catchers will be drilled extensively throughout the 6 weeks of the program in the areas of receiving, blocking, throwing, and bunt pickups. Proper stances will be covered each day, as well as effective communication from the catching position. Catchers will use pitching machines to hone their receiving and framing skills and blocking will be done in every session.
