The CORE is offering a program designed for athletes of all exercise and fitness levels based on movement competency. Moving well and understanding movement is critical to performance and preventing overuse injuries. All participants will be assessed on the most important movements using valid and reliable resources.

Based on the assessment, we will target the movement patterns that need to be corrected and strengthen the ones that are competent. At the same time of refining movement, we will focus on conditioning, power, strength, and speed which will all be tested throughout the program to monitor progress.
