FALL OPTION - September & October
The Fall PowerCORE small group membership includes an option of 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, or 4 days per week through September and October. Each day has a specific focus which includes speed, power, upper body explosiveness, and agility/quickness, and all are guaranteed to enhance player performance on the field
Choices: 1 Day, 2 Days, 3 Days, 4 Days per week
MONDAY - SPEED
Speed is crucial in baseball, whether running the bases, fielding ground balls, or chasing down fly balls. Improving speed is essential to covering more ground on the field
TUESDAY - POWER
Power is essential for generating bat speed and pitching velocity. Developing power through explosive exercises helps players hit the ball harder and throw the ball with greater force
WEDNESDAY- UPPER BODY EXPLOSIVENESS
Upper Body explosiveness will help improve both arm speed and exit velocity at the plate
THURSDAY-AGILITY & QUICKNESS
Agility and quickness are essential in the infield, on the basepaths, and with any reaction plays on defense. Enhancing agility and quickness will help players move faster and more efficiently.
