The PowerCORE semi-private option offers training in groups of 3 or less while players can work either 1, 2, or 3 days per week. This option comes in a monthly membership and is designed to help our young baseball players become stronger, faster, and more explosive as they aim to perform better on the baseball field this spring & summer.
STEPS TO REGISTER
1) INITIAL EVALUATION
Schedule an initial evaluation via email with Program coordinator Adam Roderick at firstname.lastname@example.org
There is no cost to the evaluation and & no obligation to register.
Post assessment there will be a 10-minute consultation to discuss strengths and weaknesses of the player’s athletic movement patterns and the general direction of training.
3) REGISTER ONLINE
All registrations are for one month of semi-private training. Registrations will be taken at the beginning of each month. Monthly memberships cannot be prorated
At the conclusion of each month, players will be tested, evaluated, and the resulting assessment will be emailed to that player’s family
