$225 full  facility/hour
$150 half facility/hour

FACILITY RENTAL PROCESS
1) email with your interest in the CORE Training Facility - Bill Asermely
2) you will receive a phone call to confirm the details on your rental need
3) an outline will be created with your facility request
4) the outline will be approved by your representative
5) The payment schedule will be outlined
6) A $250 deposit will be required for groups to reserve more than 5 hours in the training facility
6) 1st payment of 1/2 of the full rental amount is due 1 week before the first rental date
7) Payment balance is due at the midpoint of the rental outline

NOTE ABOUT RENTAL CONTRACTS:
The CORE Training Academy reserves the right to change rental agreements up to one week before the start date of a rental, even if the time has been paid in full. If such a change affects the group's ability, a full refund will be provided for the days/conflicts the change imposes.
