Attention Basestealers!  This workshop is dedicated to you.  We’ll be teaching all of our young and intermediate baserunners how to drastically improve their base-stealing abilities from both first base and second base.  There are a number of physical and mental components to dealing bases that mort coaches and travel programs struggle to find time to teach this part of the game.  We’ll detail and practice the most important aspects of “stealing a base”
