1 hour training session – capped at 8 athletes
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00pm-7:00pm

Our Second Step Athlete option is designed for younger intermediate athletes who have begun excelling in a particular sport(s) and are ready to develop linear and lateral explosive movement, while incorporating reactive training drills in their routines to improve 1st step quickness.  Building upon the First Step Athlete Membership, our Second Step athletes will prepare to become elite athletes upon entering high school in 2-4 years.
