PowerCORE this fall will focus on two crucial parts of building athleticism. The first will be the introduction of movement patterns with an emphasis on structural efficiency thereby not only helping the individual athlete become stronger but also helping to mitigate injury on the baseball field.  the second focus will be an all-encompassing approach to body awareness with two separate phases. One being proactive body care and the second is an expansion of the athletes’ ability to move in a given area as efficiently as possible. Our objective in the fall is to introduce athletic development building blocks preparing each individual athlete for an impactful winter season
