Baseball Players from Hopkins HS

The Hopkins Baseball Program will be holding winter workouts at  CORE Training Facility 2. Each session runs 90 minutes and is open to all HS baseball players at Hopkins.

In each session players will hit for 40 minutes, pitchers will throw bullpens, infielders will run through our indoor skills sequence. Our coaching staff will also cover base running, team funds, and better arm strength/care drills. Hitters will begin hitting live in session 3 as pitchers and catchers will work on fastball command and secondary pitches as well as holding runners and PFP’s.
