The East Haven HS Baseball Program will be holding workouts in the CORE Training Facility. Each session runs 90 minutes.  In each session players will hit for 30 minutes, pitchers will throw bullpens, infielders will run through our indoor skills sequence. Our coaching staff will also take the team through our PowerCORE Training circuit in our 4,000 square foot Performance Center.
