IAP - Individual Athletic Plan
Our IAP Membership will provide players with a plan to address strength, agility, and range of motion deficiencies.
Our training staff will conduct an initial 30-minute evaluation for interested players and provide a 12-week training plan which will include movement, strength, and flexibility components. Additionally, a second 30-minute evaluation will be provided mid-way through the program. This membership is designed for high school junior or senior baseball players, as well as collegiate baseball players looking to train independently throughout the year. Members with membership can choose to train for 12-weeks in one of four distinct training cycles: PRE-SEASON, IN-SEASON, POST-SEASON, or OFF-SEASON.
