IAP - Individual Athletic Plan
Our IAP Membership will provide players with a plan to address strength, agility, and range of motion deficiencies.
Our training staff will conduct a 60 minute evaluation for interested players and provide a 12 week training plan which will include movement, strength, and dietary components. Additionally, a second 30 minute evaluation will be provided mid way through the program as the 12 week plan will be split into 6 week phases. This membership is designed for junior or senior high school baseball & softball players, as well as college baseball & softball players. Players opting for an IAP are welcome to train in CORE Facility 1 - 70 Robinon Blvd Orange CT or in their own local gym.
