Baseball Membership

Monthly Membership:  This baseball specific training program is designed to both, aggressively train and teach the players the value of physical preparation and how it translates to success on the field.  Each session will focus on age-appropriate movements and techniques that are unique to overall player development.  Players who remain in our system will transition from young athletes to strong baseball players.  Our COREkids/PowerCORE programs meet twice per week with a member of our training staff.  Each session will be capped at 15 members.

  2-day Membership - $125/month

 

COREkids     Ages 8-9  (Beginning Wednesday, November 1)

This group-training program focuses on developing coordination, flexibility, foundational strength, motor patterns, fundamental movement skills, and self-esteem.  Each session combines, a developmentally appropriate strength-training program as well as skill development in the areas of fielding and hitting; in a fun, fast-paced environment.  Participants can choose one of two available training sessions each month:

SESSION 1:  Mondays and Wednesdays - 4:30-5:30pm - Core Training Facility #1 

SESSION 2:  Mondays and Wednesdays - 5:30-6:30pmCore Training Facility #1

 

PowerCORE     Ages 10-12  (Beginning Monday, October 2)

This group-training program focuses on developing and enhancing athletic skills.  While continuing to maintain and enhance fundamental movement skills, athletes will begin to develop core strength, explosive strength, power, and speed.

SESSION 3:  Mondays and Wednesdays - 6:30-7:30pm - Core Training Facility #1 

 

PowerCORE       Ages 13-15  (Beginning Monday, October 2)

This group-training program focuses on advanced athletic development.  While continuing to develop and enhance athletic skills, atheltes will begin to develop advanced athletic strength and power through more advanced movements such as explosive lifts, single-leg exercises, plyometrics, and push/pull movements.

SESSION 4:  Mondays and Wednesdays - 7:30-8:30pm - Core Training Facility #1
