Pitching Programs

This 8 week pitching program will include a mound session each week, video analysis, PowerCORE, drill sequences, and mechanical analysis as well as review the pitching delivery including grips, stance, stepback, pivot and leg lift, head position, approach, lead arm, release point, and finish.

Our Spring pitching program is designed for little leaguers preparing for the spring season. This is a 5 week program beginning in late march and running up to the start of the season. Pitchers will work on the stance ,step back, leg lift and balance, approach, finish, grips, and lead arm action.

Prepare to pitch the right way! In December with UCONN/Miami Marlins left handed pitcher Greg Nappo will be training 30 pitchers 9 times as they prepare for the spring season
