The CORE Training Academy provides middle school and high school student athletes the opportunity to work and develop as leaders within the organization and throughout its surrounding communities. More than any other program the young men and women enrolled in the CORE Leaders Program personify the principles of our mission.

Being in our CORE Leaders program affords student-athletes the opportunity to train as future leaders on and off the playing field.  Members will work through public speaking exercises making individual and group presentations during the program's 12 monthly meetings.   Finally, this group will coordinate a community service project with a CORE Training Academy partner, while also volunteering  with our coaching staff in clinics, team training, and summer camps for upwards of 50 hours/year.

This is the perfect program for civic minded student-athletes in the Amity, Milford, Woodbridge, and surrounding communities.  Our CORE Leaders Program provides a unique opportunity for baseball and softball players to develop effective organizational skills, improve communication skills, and enhance leadership capabilities.
